Look Good, Feel Better in 2011 with New Spa Treatments
Amelia Island, FL (February 14, 2011) – Look good and feel better in the New Year with new anti-aging and relaxation treatments now offered at The Spa at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation. Guests can discover the secrets of youth with The Spa's new Anti-Aging Facial from the European line, Sothys of Paris. This customized facial begins with a skin analysis to determine the age of the skin. Next, the perfect blend of peptides, antioxidants, firming collagen and hyaluronic filling agents is applied. A natural mineral microdermabrasion of volcanic rock and salicylic then prepares the skin to receive the "injection-like" effects of wrinkle-filling serums.
For the ultimate in relaxation, guests can unwind with the new Plantation Blossom Ritual, a relaxing body treatment with aromatic scents of cherry blossom mist. The blissful service begins with the application of a warmed exfoliate of lemon, papaya, cherry blossom and rice powder cream to soften the skin and invigorate the body. Based on reflexology, a unique foot massage balances and revitalizes the body. The journey is complete with a full body relaxing massage bringing an idyllic state of relaxation.
"For those looking to restore a youthful radiance to their skin, the Spa's new Anti-Aging Facial is a great natural treatment provided by specially trained professionals," said Liz Hutto, Spa Director for the Omni Amelia Island Plantation. "Our Plantation Blossom Ritual was designed to restore the mind, body and soul, while focusing on the overall relaxation of the guest.
The 80-minute Anti-Aging Facial is $195 per treatment. A special introductory price of $150 is available through February 28th, 2011. The special introductory offer cannot be combined with additional discounts. The 80-minute Plantation Blossom Ritual is $195 per treatment.
